Time For Some Turkey!

One of my favorite times of the year, Thanksgiving! Thanksgiving is a great time to reunite with family and friends, but let's not forget the main event, the food! Each year my family teams up on Thanksgiving, with my Mom's massive turkey that cooks all day in the oven, Grandma brings over the sweet potato/cranberry sauce/melted marshmallow side dish, my uncle brings over the stuffing, and my aunt brings over the green beans. I’m guessing this sounds like 90 percent of everyone else’s Thanksgiving, but that's what helps makes it such a deep-rooted tradition. Also adding to the Thanksgiving atmospere is the warm fall colors and decorations. Each year my parents decorate the house with turkey figurines, rugs, plates, and centerpieces.
