Express Lane Emotion: Emoticons for Your Vehicle

Like the doc said, holding in emotion is not good for your health.  Bottling up the anger at being cut off on the road can drive a person mad if left to think about it all day.  Whether you want to “flip the bird” or flirt with the car next to you, Drivemocion can help animate your feelings while expressing them in a G-rated fashion.

It is an LED light system shaped like an emoticon face that affixes to your car window with a suction cup.  By pressing the buttons on the remote, you can change the “face” on your unit to express a range of emotions from happiness to anger.  And each “emotion” moves through a series of changes so it is quite noticeable.  For example, the angry emotion goes from mean look to teeth gritting to a shouting action.   Drivemocion allows you to keep your eyes on the road and hands (and all ten fingers) on the wheel all while letting others know how you really feel about them.

Searching eBay Motors Faster

We are often asked if GetItNext can search eBay motors.  Well the answer is yes.  There is one tip you should know if you're looking to search for a car, truck or suv.   It's really simple, first type in the vehicle you're looking for, try Honda Accord and click search.  Now simply click the Categories drop down and select the category Accord under cars and trucks.   Once you do that you should be getting all Accords and have filtered out parts and accessories.  Of course if you want to find a specific year or model you can type that in to further fine tune the results and don't forget to use add and remove keywords to narrow your search results even more.  I like using remove keywords to take out the car colors that I don't like.

Here are some examples of searches that have already selected the category for the entire Honda lineup:

Obama's Used Chrysler 300c Has Bids Over $150k for Obamamobile

Kelley Blue Book value for a used 2005 Chrysler 300C in excellent condition is $15,750.   The value of a 2005 Chrysler 300c leased by President elect Barack Obama, priceless.

eBay Slashes Fees, 50% off Insertion Fees

eBay has announced that it will reduce insertion fees for 1 or 3 day duration auctions by 50% between Jan 3rd through Jan 31st.  This applies for both eBay.com and eBay.ca.

One caveat to be aware of, sellers must have a 122 month DSR of 4.5 or higher on all criteria in order to receive the 50% discount.  New sellers who don't have DSR ratings are also eligible.  If you would like know more about DSR's use this link, eBay DSR info.
