Dallas Stars Rbk EDGE Jersey Confirmed

I received several emails and/or comments that the blog Dallas Stars New Reebok EDGE Jerseys - Spy Photos is in fact what they will look like.  Apparently NHL2K08 ran an ad on MNF and TSN last night and showed the Dallas Stars in the video game and this pic of Marty Turco at the end.  Now normally I wouldn't get too excited about video game images but the Carolina Hurricanes new NHL Jersey is exactly like the one released by EA Sports months ago.  So I don't see why this would any different for the Stars since they would've had to share the new uniforms with NHL2K08 developers many  months ago.

So now this brings up a big issue.  If indeed the Dallas Stars home jersey looks like this picture how are fans going to react.  Dallas fans what do you think?  The white jersey is not that different but the black home jersey is almost like a football jersey.  I really hope it doesn't look like this because the Stars previous jersey was a really nice design.  I guess we'll find out for sure on Friday.  Make sure you check back as I'll have pics and comments up as soon as the Stars unveil the new jerseys.
