The Calgary Flames are unveiling their new Reebok Edge jersey on Sept 4th. However fans can pre-order the new jersey for a WHOPPING $409.98 big ones. Yes thats right for a new Flames jersey with a name and number it will be over $400 bucks, oh but act now and they'll throw in a free shirt. The Calgary Flames website is even saying that "this is a must have for every flames fan". Is it really?
I love my team the New York Rangers, but I'm not willing to shell out the $250 plus the $75 for a jersey that is going to keep me cooler and is lighter weight. I find it odd that all of the other teams around the league are asking $250 for the authentic Reebok Edge jersey and $75-90 for a name and number and the flames are jacking their fans. Whats up with the flames asking $319 for the jersey and another $89.99 for adding a name and number? Flames fans how do you feel about this?
