How to Find Deals on eBay Motors Easily

I know a lot of people that have successfully bought and sold autos via eBay motors.  Most have very favorable experiences but they have all cited the amount of time it takes to find the exact vehicle they are searching for.  For those of you looking to find cars and/or parts there is an easier way to find deals and bargains on eBay motors.  As you know eBay is a terrific site but in order to find things it takes alot of time or knowledge of advanced search techniques. 

The next time you're searching for a vehicle or car parts on eBay Motors try GetItNext.  GetItNext is a free site that has simple to use search queries that allows you to search for exactly what you're looking for on eBay and eBay Motors.  Once you find the item on GetItNext you will be connected with eBay to bid and or buy the item.  In order to the understand GetItNext's searching capabilities let's try an example by searching for a 2007 Honda Accord LX.

Goto GetItNext and type in Honda Accord or click on this link Honda Accord.
To find all of the 2007 LX models you can either type it into the search box ie 2007 Honda Accord LX or use the original search for Honda Accord and click on the word add keywords which will drop down all the most popular keywords for the search you performed.  Now you can select exactly the criteria you are looking for, so go ahead and click on the words LX and 2007 and click search.  You are now returned just the 2007 Honda Accord LX models listed on eBay motors.

To help you narrow it down even more you can keep using add keywords or use remove keywords to remove unwanted items in for your search.  An example of this is if you don't want the Honda I4 motor, simply click on i4 within remove keywords and they will be removed from your search.

Hottest Car of 2008 the Once Mocked Geo Metro

I’m sure you all read about the ridiculous prices people are getting for fuel sippers these days.  Its been widely reported lately that Geo Metros are going for 5 to 10 times the blue book value on eBay.

Why you ask?  These once laughed at 3 cyclinder engine cars are now all the rage because they get the same mileage as a Toyota Prius Hybrid.  For people who are looking for simple transportation they are a cheap alternative to get from point A to point B.  The 1996 Geo Metro average of 40 MPG is close to the 2008 Toyota Prius and older models like the 1991 Geo Metro and the Geo Metro XFi edition, have the same average as the hybrid.

Now here is a fun fact that will make you think.  If you look at closing bids on eBay Geo Metros they have been selling in the $200 – $7000 dollar range.  Often times the bidding has been fierce with over 30+ bids per auction.  Keep in mind that some of these selling prices are approaching the $9,000 MSRP that the 1995 Geo Metro sold for.  Its staggering to think that a once laughed after car has now been resurrected into the chic car of 2008. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that General Motors has some forgotten warehouse full of these cars that they could barely give away.
